Every loaf baked right here in Clarksburg is made with a commitment to the local grain economy. We strictly use organic grains that are locally grown and freshly milled. This supports our regional farmers and ensures the flour retains its peak nutritional value and flavor.

Which size is right for you?

  • The 650g Loaf (Small): Our standard artisan size. Perfect for an individual, a couple, or a single sit-down dinner for a family of four.
  • The 1kg Loaf (Large): The sweet spot for a family of four. Yields large, hearty slices perfect for morning toast, school sandwiches, and dinner sides that will carry you through a few days.
  • The 1.2kg Sandwich Loaf: Our largest format, specifically baked in a pan to yield uniform, square slices. Designed to be the ultimate weekly workhorse for family lunches.
How Ordering Works

Aiara Bakery operates as a small-batch micro-bakery. Because we balance the ovens with our outside work schedule, our actual bake days and pickup windows shift slightly from week to week. Here is how the weekly cycle works:

  1. The Friday Drop: Every Friday, the exact pickup schedule for the upcoming week is locked in, and the live menu opens.
  2. The Pre-Order: You can reserve your loaf at any time during the week! If you order before the Friday schedule drops, we will simply email you on Friday with the finalized pickup windows.
  3. The Cutoff: Because authentic sourdough is a multi-day fermentation process, all orders must be finalized at least one day prior to the bake.
  4. The Weekly List: The best way to never miss a bake is to join the weekly email distribution list below. You will get the menu and schedule sent directly to your inbox.
